Sheila’s Little Black Book

Sheila’s Little Black Book is a collection of erotic stories aimed at heterosexual women, but probably most people on the human sexual spectrum will find something that will turn them on. The book consists of a series of stories that can be read individually, although there is a common thread based on the imagined life of Sheila.

The stories themselves are naughty, rude, sexy and probably pornographic to some extent. At the same time, they are innocent, seductive, charming and good fun. They aim to go at least one step beyond titillation. Each story aims to create a little world where the erotic adventure could happen. It’s all very unlikely, but it could happen. The reader is invited to imagine that it is happening to them.

Sheila also enlists the assistance of two of her friends to spice up a soft-porn story she is writing, and their contributions certainly pass muster.

The book contains a wide selection of chapters, and as the saying goes “Variety is the Spice of Life”.

  1. I enjoyed reading “Sheila’s Little Black Book” by Sheila Allen, and, in my opinion, I felt this highly likable author took me, or perhaps any reader, on an adventuresome romp as she pushes the envelope on living life to its fullest. I felt this was a very amusing and highly entertaining read and I liked the author’s fresh viewpoint and happy nature as she relates her encounters and living life in an exceptionally delightful way.

The great comedian, Robin Williams, once said, “I learned that by being entertaining you make a connection with another person,” and this author made a connection with me as I was totally entertained by the numerous and humorous scenes in this wonderful story.

This author writes in a positive, confident, and happy manner. She also has an exceptional talent for setting a detailed scene where I thought I knew what was going to happen next, then was surprised with hilarious twists and turns and I like that very much.

Here is a brief excerpt of a scene where Sheila was hired along with other ladies for an upscale bachelor party where the girls had to engage in three onstage games to show you an example of how this author sets a scene.

“Edel entered the room with their costumes. Well, they could hardly be called costumes—they consisted of skimpy pairs of panties. Edel explained that the first game was quite simple. They would each put a Cox’s apple down the back of their knickers. The contestant would have to take a bite out of the apple and then pull the knickers down with their teeth. The five contestants had already been selected, so the girls were expected onstage in five minutes. Edel added, ‘By the way, I have some masquerade masks if you want to protect your identity.’ Sheila immediately grabbed one.

“The girls quickly put the knickers on and placed an apple down the back. Sheila found the apple quite cold; it made her fanny tingle. She wondered, once again, what she had got herself into. She looked at the other girls and thought that she looked pretty good in comparison. She easily had the fullest bosom and the best-looking legs.

“The five scantily clad girls were soon onstage with the odd-looking protrusions sticking out of their knickers. Edel introduced each girl to a round of cheers…”

I won’t tell you in this review what happens next in this first game, but they played an interesting version of musical chairs in the next game and more all of which is hysterical.

I also felt this story was told in great narrative and this story with its farcical scenes would be an excellent story for a feature movie.

I felt the author writes at an entertaining pace and keeps the stories moving and highly enjoyable. The author gave me lots of laughs and I also like the ending very much.

And all in all, I think this an amusing, captivating, and charming story that is very well done, and look forward to reading more by this author. Highly recommended!

It was my pleasure to receive a free copy of this book but that does not in any way affect my opinions in this review of this exceptional book.
